DETAILED COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE RULES

Commercial message consent is collected separately by communication channel and message type; service and transaction notices are separated from promotional and marketing messages. Messages identify Nettescil and provide an easy, free opt-out method. After an opt-out, sending stops for the relevant channel and message type, and consent or refusal records may be retained with date, channel, source and text version. Applicable IYS and other legal duties apply; an unsolicited commercial message is not sent merely to request consent.
