JOB APPLICATION AND CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE

This notice explains how personal data of candidates applying through the Nettescil careers page, e-mail or other channels is processed. It is not a job offer or employment promise.
1. Data processed
Name, contact details, CV, education and experience, portfolio links, skills, application notes, interview assessments and information voluntarily provided by the candidate may be processed. Special-category data is not requested unless necessary; candidates should not provide it unnecessarily.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed to receive applications, assess suitability, communicate with candidates, arrange interviews, check references with the candidate’s knowledge, keep recruitment records and comply with legal duties. A separate specific choice may be requested for consideration for future roles.
3. Sources and sharing
Data may come from the candidate, references identified by the candidate or professional sources expressly provided by the candidate. It may be shared on a limited basis with authorised Nettescil staff and necessary HR or technical providers for recruitment. Candidate data is not used for advertising.
4. Retention and deletion
After the recruitment process, data is retained for a reasonable period while consideration for a suitable role, legal defence or record duties continue. Deletion or anonymisation may be carried out after considering the candidate’s request, legal duties and ongoing disputes.
5. Security
Access to candidate data is limited by role. Where e-mail, form, storage or backup providers are used, security and transfer conditions are assessed within the relevant service. Internet transmission cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Candidate rights
Candidates may contact kurumsal@nettescil.com.tr to exercise rights under applicable data-protection law. Stating the role and application date helps locate the record. Requests are handled within legal procedures and time limits.
7. Updates
This notice is effective from 15 September 2026. Updated versions are published on the careers page when the process or law changes.
