CANCELLATION, REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

This policy explains how cancellation, refund and withdrawal requests are assessed for domain, hosting, server, licence, software, web design, maintenance, technical support and additional services. The pre-order information, product page, order summary and applicable service agreement form an integral whole.

1. Request channel and review

Requests are submitted through the customer panel, a support ticket or the registered e-mail address. The order number, service, reason and payment reference should be provided. Additional verification may be requested for identity and transaction security.

2. Consumer withdrawal

For consumer transactions, the right and period of withdrawal are applied according to applicable law and the pre-contract information. When a notice is received, the scope of the right and whether performance has begun are reviewed. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

3. Digital services and exceptions

Legal exceptions are considered for services started at the customer’s express request before the withdrawal period ends, instantly performed digital content, licence activation, customised web design, bespoke software, domain registration and non-reversible third-party transactions. A refund may be available for an unused service whose performance has not started.

4. Domains, licences and third-party charges

After a domain registration, transfer, renewal or licence activation is completed, the rules of the relevant registry or licence provider apply. Amounts collected by Nettescil and transferred to a third party that cannot be recovered may be excluded from the refund, where disclosed before the order as far as possible.

5. Subscriptions and renewal

Automatic renewal can be disabled from the customer panel or through support before the renewal date. After a renewal charge, a refund is reviewed based on use and the product rules. Cancellation does not automatically remove previous debts or a used service period.

6. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are made, where possible, through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside Nettescil’s control. The amount may reflect the used period, activation, setup, third-party charges, campaigns and mandatory deductions.

7. Cancellation and data

Before cancellation, the customer must take its own files, mail, backups and domain records. After cancellation, retention and deletion follow the privacy notice, legal retention duties and the relevant service agreement.

8. Effective date

This policy is effective from 15 September 2026. Mandatory consumer rules, pre-contract information and the applicable service agreement prevail in case of conflict.
